I absolutely LOVE the new shirts. They are a smoother fit with a little more compression feel to them. I love the new regular neck line. They look great under my dress shirts during my work days and still are essential as a workout undershirt in keeping my core sound throughout my exercising routine.

Circulation

3D image of the human circulatory system

Maintaining good blood circulation in your body is one of the central tenets of good health. Blood is the means by which oxygen and nutrients are carried to all corners of your body, from your feet and toes to your hands and deep inside your brain.

Improving poor circulation is central to helping stave off a manner of debilitating disorders, from minor to major. From diabetes to heart disease to varicose veins to simply the inability to think clearly, circulation plays a major role.

There are a number of things you can do to ensure good cardiovascular health and help prevent the onset of disease later on, including getting more exercise, quitting smoking and losing weight.

Compression garments can assist in enhancing circulation and are commonly recommended for anyone where this is lacking, including athletes, surgical patients, edema patients and anyone with a sedentary lifestyle. This type of clothing is meant to improve and accelerate healing, promote improvements blood flow, and reduce the risk of soreness and injury from strenuous exercise.
